dPMR is an open standard which promotes a dynamic and competitive environment that results in wider application of the protocol, greater choice and lower costs to the end-user. The dPMR Association actively encourages the further development and adoption of the standard and makes no charge or licensing fee for its IPR, as long as that all equipment designed for use with the technology or carrying the dPMR trade mark, is certified as compliant with the applicable dPMR ETSI Standards through the dPMR IOP (Interoperability) certification programme. We welcome membership enquiries from all stakeholders across the wider radio communications community from equipment manufacturers through to end users. About the dPMR Association

We are the guardians of the ETSI dPMR™ standard—the benchmark for highly efficient 6.25kHz FDMA digital radio. The Association supports a global ecosystem of manufacturers and developers, ensuring multi-vendor interoperability and promoting the benefits of true narrowband digital communications.
